Hello All....this is great, a kind of spooky forum layout!!

I am just being nosey round your forum...I was going to put a simplistic answer to the question of how do you program in binary..anyway I will now attempt to give my simplistic answer to the chappie that has asked the question...thats if I can get round your forum ???...here goes

These are the bits 256 128 64 32 16 8 4 2 u

so number 72 is 001001000 you put a 1 in the 64 column and a 1 in the 8 column...number 72 could be a stage light that has say 4 different visual settings. One of the settings is a star that flashes, it has a number 72. You then attach the binary equivalent to get that star flashing...(to a timing diagram if trying to get in time to music, eg) 73 could be a twisting spiral 001001001

This is the basics...you double the binary bits of course as big as you need.
