Well, a single problem is what got me here, but I'm sure I'll find more questions for the visitors of this forum.
My name is Andrew and I supervise a technical support call-center for an internet/hosting/dedicated provider based in my home-town. I've been into computers for about seven or eight years now and consider myself an intermediate user in terms of skill. I custom-built my most recent rig myself, so I have a vague idea what goes where
