multiple issues!

Hello. Beginning approx april 2, my avast, avg, zone alarm do not load at startup. I am unable to update these programs (update fails), system restore fails, Norman scan finds nothing, Onecare live scanner finds nothing. And my browser is redirected when I use yahoo search (eg: I search msn, click the link, goes to realestate.com. I am able to use the internet. Also, I am able to start in safe mode. Recent changes include avg 8, IE update. Can you help me?
