Hello,
I worked in IT infrastructure for 15+ years in the UK. As most of you are aware working in IT is very long, anti social hours, very high stress levels and little reward.
My extensive years in IT did not help with my Bipolar and definitely contributed towards my decline. I have launched a website of how I beat all the odds and overcame Bipolar.
I hope this raises awareness of mental health and especially for those of us who suffer from mental health condition and work in IT.
If you feel it can help someone else then please pass on
Thank you
Toby
