Default Kind of new.

I signed up a few weeks ago. I like the forum, I can learn a lot here. I just would like to know why I can't post a new thread? I saw where you needed 40 post to post in one part of the forum. But how do you get 40 post if you can't post?

To get to be able to post it one part of the forum, you need to post in other forums to get up to that 40 posts. The post count covers all forums; there isn't an individual post count for each forum section.
