Keyboard problem

I have recently had some work done by a company that upgraded my Op Sys from Windows XP to Windows 7. Consequently the shift 2 key and the shift comma keys are transposed. The company are insisting this is a H/W problem and not a result of anything they did. Any ideas on how to go about fixing this problem. I have given up on the crowd that did the upgrade.

All is fixed. The problem was fixed by: Check your regional and input settings in control panel, namely keyboard input, should be set to English (US)... Got this info from an Aussie Forum Group

Cool.. glad you got that fixed. I was wondering what was up with it too.. I would had said h/w issue as well.
