Default I'm new, be nice

Hello everyone.

I recently started a job as computer tech with Gateway. This is something new and exciting for me - I am basically self taught and still learning a lot. I'm not a super-nerd: I only have one computer

I am 22, female, and from Rochester, NY. I love dancing, cars, computers, and books. Ok, I guess I'm still a nerd

Thanks! I actually have no certifications. This is my first professional tech experience and I am still learning quite a bit. You could say I'm an entry level tech

Yeah, I'm good like that Lol, not really, I just have a lot of sales and customer service experience. So I think my comfortability on the phones makes up for my lack of knowledge and experience. There are a lot of techs in my training class that are really awkward and uncomfortable on the phones.
