IE 11 recover webpage

Constantly get "recover webpage" message using IE 11. Never happens using Google Chrome. How to fix in IE 11? I have tried almost everything.

Does it happen when you go to a particular site?

Have you tried running it with No-Addons? Click Start -> Type "Internet Explorer" and an option for "No-Addons" should appear in the results. Run that one and see if it still locks up/closes on you.
