Default Howdy folks

Hi there, I'm new here, and I can't believe I've never joined this forum before.

This looks like a really cool place for me to get all the answers to all of my computer based questions.

I am your stereotypical 30 year old loser who lives in his grandmom's basement. I am a computer geek. I spend all of my time studying things that are computer relevant and tweaking my computer so that it will run a little less slow.

I have a HP Pavilion running WinXP/SP2
Intel 900MHz processor, 256MB SD RAM, and a little 30GB hard drive that runs at 5400RPM's. Needless to say, this computer moves like molasses on a cold day.

I am very talkative, long winded, and I hope I will learn a lot from you people.

Be nice to me, I'm an idiot.

Welcome to Tech-Forums, always welcome to new geeks

Share your knowledge, poke around and take a peek at the topics, and share anything you want!

30-years old and in your grandma's basement? Well, at least you don't pay rent

And we can show you how to upgrade that sucker, and get it going like a Ferrari on a hot day!
