New guy obviously 
I started doing phone tech support back in '98, moved on to software training for couple of years, and now I'm doing deskside support for a global cement manufacturer. I spend a typical day at work imaging desktops, laptops, doing hardware upgrades, playing Unreal Tournament with a co-worker, and enjoying coffee and smoke breaks lol.
I've been building desktops off and on since 2000 I guess. Never really had any problems once I got used to it. The hardest part was always the motherboard hookups with all the little power wires and what-not, but they always had directions with pictures lol.
Glad to be here and I hope I can be as helpful as I'm sure everyone else will be to me.
