Hi All,
I just wanted to introduce myself. Im currently looking to be active in a IT forum to help others. I recently took over the IT dept I'm my current job. I have been working in the IT field for about 2 years now. I have knowledge in Oracle, linux, windows servers, share point, mysql, mac OS, php, and web design. Im hoping i can help others and wells as learn from others.
Thanks,
Julio

I have an old Ibm thinkpad that is running windows xp that I can't
get windows to boot up . The welcome window appears then the desktop
comes on but that is it. I think I need to reinstall or repair windows
but when i try to insert cd nothing happens (installation cd). I was thinking of
installing windows on a flash drive but i need a working version of
windows on a computer to do this - correct?
Any help would be appreciated.
