Help a Senior

Good morning from a brighter if cold Uk. Firstly I have to confess I wish I had the Tech skills of you folks Anyhow I would really appreciate any help with the following. One of my Tenants/customers (I am a Manager of a Sheltered housing complex for people over the age of 55) this guy has a DVD player Ronin model DVD 215 Chinese & a personal Video recorder Model no DTv 3100 Hdd serial 204029.

Could any of you clever folks help me help him by informing me where he can get hold of a manual for the two items above ?! . Like most of the people here he does not have much cash !

Just doing a quick search on both of the items I cannot find any sort of user manuals. Actually I can't even find the second item you listed anywhere.

Maybe you could relay the problem he is having with his equipment?

Thank you to you who replied. I spoke to Senior guy who needs help. He just needs the Manual so he can use his DVD without trial and error. !

I attempted to look as well.. and unfortunately couldn't turn anything up in the form of any manual for either.
