Default Hello from Washington DC

Hello Everyone! I am new the the Security field and have been tasked to research the following:

We have an employee stationed overseas and he will like a local partner to have restricted access to our network via Citrix. Any suggestion and/or recommendation will be appreciated.

Please provide some thoughts on how to contain the Foreign Service National network account in a secure manner.

Some initial thoughts;

Unique Active Directory Organizational Unit
Explicitly deny access to all, allow only what is requested
Label the Account in the GAL and possibly in the name.

Well, I'm still learning security myself so I can't provide much feedback here, but welcome to the forums!
