Just looking for a good forum to gather ideas and get help from. Started my first IT Tech job and fresh out of college.

I sometimes get frustrated because some of the clients we have where I work have software/hardware I have experience with. My philosphy is I would rather post in a forum so I can learn than just be grumpy about it.

I am A+ certified, and will take my Network+ very soon.

Hope that I can help people out and have people help me out.

Glad to have you with us. I am just outside of Cleveland, TN myself.

My job is semi-IT in that I service cash registers and related equipment. Not much fixing involved as we swap out bad parts to get the customer back up and running ASAP. I used to work on the help desk for Olan Mills Photography but was let go with everyone else when Lifetouch bought it out and shut it down. I have my own computer repair business on the side still.
