I came across this site. While I've been doing tech support (mainly mobile device and VPN/Desktop in a Browser support) for years now, I am always looking for new insight as to how to take my career in IT to the next level. I'm sure this has been brought up a million times already, but what certification track would you recommend to become a network admin?
