I have never joined a forum before, am looking forward to learning from the community.
I have used computers since DOS 6.2, almost completely self taught. Don't consider myself a power user, as have learned only what I needed to know for various tasks--Quickbooks, MS Office, Adobe Indesign and Photoshop.
Currently am working part time for a small religious publisher, and since I have more computer experience than anyone else, was handed the title of IT Manager. I sometimes run into issues that I have no answer for, so am hoping to glean info and learn from more experienced geeks out there. Hopefully I can make some contribution along the way, too.
