Hey guys, my names Bill and iam working on becoming a network admin, i dabble in a little bit of everything and i am interested in learning about folding i have four old pcs im considering doing this with. I have been building/repairing systems for a few years now. I am partial to AMD because of the
price : performance ratio. Well thats just a little bit about me I hope my knowledge can be of use and that i aswell might learn something.

Welcome to the forums. Setting up an old PC as a folding machine is a great way to get into folding but running it for too long will cost more in electricity than it's worth unless it is at least a dual core.
