Hi, I'm new to the forums and figured I'd introduce myself. I've always been real interested in computers and stumbled on the site when I was googling something. Seems like great resource and a friendly bunch to boot! I've done my own upgrades to my units over the years but never actually built one from scratch, I'd love to but I guess I've always been afraid to. I'm in the market for a new rig so I'm trying to decide weather to build or buy. Anyway looking forward to learning from you fine folks. Thanks.

I think you should really consider building, it's a lot easier than you might think (about as easy as putting up some shelves), and you can actually save money while getting a better machine.
