I'm hoping that this forum will prove to be a valuable resource for me. I joined in the hopes of getting one question answered, but I'm sure there's a lot of good info here.
About me:
I started in the industry in 1986, so I've seen a lot of changes over the years. I've worked mostly as a support analyst, but put in three years as a tech support supervisor. Outside of work, I really don't have much interest in computers - for me they're just a means to an end. I have experience with Macs as well, which IMO are superior to PCs. I have also studied Web Dev and E-Commerce, but didn't really like it - too tedious and time consuming for my tastes.
