I'm techie non-tech. I currently work in Marketing and Communications and I have an account with a startup tech e-tailer. I'm in the research phase of my marketing plan and I feel like I need to get some feedback about what is preferred from a site like that. I won't advertise it, though if you're curious and pm I'll let you know. Right now I just need info so I can sell it. 
My background, I've worked in MIS a while ago so I do know how to actually build my own desktop and I'm old enough that I learned to program Basic on an Apple IIe and Pascal on an Apple IIc. Lol. I try to keep up as much as possible for someone who doesn't actively work in the hardware or software development side but since my kid (NerdGrrl2.0) is a gamer and my fiance is in IT (it's actually his site I'm writing the plan for), I try to stay on top of things as much as possible. So if anyone has any suggestions or if y'all just want to say what's up I'm here.
