Default Dropping in to say 'hi'

Hi there. I've already posted a few questions and such on the forums, but I figured I might as well introduce myself.

I just was recently employed at the Geek Squad, so I'm looking to increase my knowledge in this field and hopefully excel in my department. I know, they're kind of looked down upon, but really, I want to make a difference and work to not be like the stereotypical Geek Squad agents that know nothing. Hopefully this helps!
