Default computer illiterate newbie

I have to admit I know absolutely nothing about computers, being a gentleman of advanced years. So having found this forum I am delighted. I'm so bad that although I have used several forums, when faced with this one I had trouble finding the welcome bit. Massive learning curve ahead but hope I'll learn something with the help of membersJerry

What everyone else said, ask questions in appropriate sections, and read the stickies, they have a lot of useful info.
