Just tossing a friendly "hello" out there to the forum members.
I hope I can add my experience and expertise to this forum, having spent 9 years in the isp industry performing various tasks, as anyone who works the industry can relate to.
Currently work for a large cable company with broadband internet as well. Mostly I do troubleshooting for networks or server related issues, so it seems there are some areas here in which I can contribute to.
