Mkay,Today I teach you how to get custom WMM Fx On Windows XP.
First go to this link:Effects & Transitions
Find a effect you want and download it,take the downloaded file and drag into Program Files On your Local Disk Drive and their should be a file called "Movie Maker",open that up and See if you spot a AddOnTfx folder,If not just create one and drag the file in there,fire up WMM & There you go
EDIT 1:THERE MAY BE CODES,INSTEAD OF DOING CODES GOOGLE WMM EFFECT FILE DOWNLOAD INSTEAD,TRUST ME IT WILL MAKE IT EASIER
