Wallpaper
It's easy to install wallpaper. The easiest way to install wallpaper is to extract the image file from the downloaded zip archive to C:\WINDOWS\web\wallpaper. It will then show up in Display Properties in the Background list under the Desktop tab. If you don't have write access to this folder, another way is to extract the image file to a folder such as your My Pictures folder. Then open your My Pictures folder and when in Thumbnail or Filmstrip view, right-click the image and then left-click 'Set as Desktop Background'.
