For WinXP, Vista, Server 2008 & 7
Transparent Context Menus makes pretty much all context menus transparent. desktop right click menus, File menus... unless id an app is an older app, or makes use of a different method of drawing a menu, it should be transparent.
This is a good alt for those with out Aero, or is still running XP.
It sits in your taskbar tray, a click will bring up the options, clicking the "X" will close out the program. Unlike how the TransTaskbar is a run once app, this has to stay resident. I am debating merging this app and TransTaskbar together to be one app.
