This app sits in your system tray, it follows the mouse once it is started. any windows that is created / apps launched while this is running will become transparent, but when the mouse is over the title bar, it will become opaque, and will rise above all of the other windows.
sort of a poor man's aeropeek, but not really. just a neat effect.
this also has a "start with windows" option, so that all windows will be caught and recognized.
this is a possible working function for my shell, wBar. So was TTB, i just forgot to mention it.
this is just something i threw together in an hour or two, i dont think i will work on it any more as a seperate program, so enjoy the app.
oh, supports WinXP, Vista and 7.
