Switch Default Computer Printers Automatically
Automatic Printer Switcher is a helpful tool for users who work in computing environments with multiple printers that are used regularly for different print jobs. The free program can be used to link document types or programs with printers so that it becomes possible to configure default printers for each which are then automatically selected in the print jobs
The default printer configuration is a two step process. The program lists all connected printers and their assigned application in its interface. A click on the Add program button will list all open application windows.
It is now possible to select applications and assign a default printer to them. Program windows need to be open to assign the printer mapping.
