Create a folder on the root of the C:\ Drive called SP2 and Final. Download and Copy the SP2 file to the SP2 folder. Start with Office 2007, then Project 2007 and Visio 2007. Open CMD prompt, copy and paste the code from below. When the files have been extracted to the Final Folder, copy those files to the Updates folder in the Office installation files. Next time Office is installed it will update to SP2. No need to download them separately or use Windows Updates to get them.
