There's been alot of complaints online about Nokia PC Suite crashing, generating messages such as...
'Operation could not be completed'
...When your phone is compatible and properly connected. You may also find that some applications, such as the Nokia Application Installer and Nokia Audio Manager, can't successfully detect your phone.
My 6230i encountered this issue with the Nokia PC Suite, and upon searching thoroughly on the Internet, came across one user who suffered from the same problem, but discovered a way to fix it. Worked for me. May also work for you. Instructions were:
Start > Run > Type Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll and press Enter
If this doesn't work, but Nokia PC Suite keeps generating errors, try the Nokia PC Suite Cleaner.
