Hello, it would be much appreciated if anyone can help me with my problem. I recently got a worm on my computer and i successfully fixed it. After fixing it, i started to get weird files showing up in almost every folder i had. Almost each folder contained a file called Thumbs. It was a data base file, and i don't think it has anything to do with the virus.
WHen i was trying to fix the virus, i may have uninstalled a component that lept the shortcuts and data base thumbs file invisible. It is too late because system restore was not on, and now i need to figure out a way to get what i deleted form my OS back.
Sorry for the long read, but my situation is tough to understand, and i much appreciate the help if anyone has any ideas.
