In Microsoft Outlook XP/2002, you can create a tool that automatically generates an email message addressed to a certain person - with one click!

You can add a drop-down list to your toolbar making emailing easier than ever!

Follow these steps to have an email list added to your toolbar.

First, to create a custom toolbar button:

On the Tools menu, click Customize.
Click on the Commands tab and in the Categories list, click New Menu.
Now, in the Commands list, click on New Menu and drag it to the toolbar where you would like it positioned.
On the toolbar, right-click the new button. On the menu that appears, there is a Name box where you will type in a name for your new toolbar button.
Next, you will add email addresses to your new toolbar button:

Go back to the Tools menu and click Customize again.
Under the Commands tab, click File in the Categories box.
Now in the Commands list, click Mail Message and drag it to position your cursor at the bottom of your new button. Here you will see a dark horizontal line and you may release your finger from the mouse.
Right-click where it now says Mail Message under your button. On the menu that appears, there is a Name box where you will type in a name for the person, distribution list, or alias you are assigning to the command.
Then on the same menu, click on Assign Hyperlink at the bottom and click Open.
Under Link To: click Email Address.
Now you may enter the email address of the person, distribution list, or alias you want to assign to the command. (If you want this automatically addressed message to also have a standard subject line, type it in the Subject box.)
Repeat these steps for each person or group you wish to add to your customized email address list.
Close the Customize dialog box.

I came across this and thought I would post it
