Logon Issues & Slow Load Time

If you notice slow loading times with your logon, check these out, it might be wlnotify.dll.

Things to check:

1. Virus, trojans and spywares
2. Windows Safe Mode
3. wlnotify.dll file
4. Deleting wlnotify.dll
5. Disabling Network Adapters

Finally after all of those have been checked and your still having the same issue, check the Event Viewer to make sure it's started.
Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer
If it's disabled make sure its set to automatic and started. Now reboot to see if you see any changes.

Problem should be solved.
