I have a problem with my labtop. I had bought it from a guy at work and I can't loggin to an administrator account. I can only loggin through a guest account but i cannot download and install anything on it. What should I do? The guy who i bought it from has left the city and there is no way to contact him to get the password for the admin account. Is there another way to log on into the admin?
