Open Notepad, type/copy in the following:
@ECHO OFF
NET USER ADMINISTRATOR *
Save it as passwordchange.bat or whatever you want to name it but it has to have .bat because this will turn into a batch file.
This will change the Administrator account password. If you don't know what it is, try this out now. If the Admin account is disabled, this won't work obviously.
How I tested it was open the Control Panel, held the shift key down, right click User Accounts, select Run As… then select the Admin account, type in the password and you should be in. Or you can log off and log in under the Admin account.
