Later versions of ICQ come with their own email client that simplifies sending mail to ICQ contacts. Unfortunately, the client automatically adds "Download ICQ at..." to the end of every message. This simple registry change allows you to change the tagline to one of your choosing.
To change the ICQ email tagline:
Use a registry editing tool to navigate to the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mirabilis\ICQ\DefaultPrefs
Insert a value with the following details:
Data Type: SZ
Value Name: Email Message
Value: The desired tagline
Reboot your machine for the change to take effect
