Okay, I just restarted Vice City. I'm going to try and beat it, I've got all 100 hidden packages, but how do I get to use the tank and hunter without getting killed by the military? It's really starting to make me mad. I want to use them, cause I worked so hard to get all the packages, but I die everytime I try and get them. Anyone know how to fix this?

dress as a cop, and they shouldnt shoot you, or you can try to get a police chopper, or use your own, fly into the base, land next to the chopper, and leave with it, or right behind the chopper, is a building with a small ledge with the wall behind you to protect
go there and keep killing every 1 till you see yu have a lil time gap, then run to chopper, and take off
