Slide cards?

What is this? Will it allow me to play burned games? Can I play burned games that i downloaded and burned myself given that it is the proper format? Heres the link.

These slidecards are harmful for the ps2's drive since you're forcing the tray to pull out. You could damage your ps2 after using it for awhile. I know a couple people who did. Get yourself a solder-base modchip so you can play your imports/backups safely.
