I thought this might be good to leave here for others...
I've been having remote play issues--not being able to remote from my VITA OR my Laptop after the recent 4.00 patch.
After some searching I found a possible solution...turn on the TV.
I know it sounds crazy, but with the TV on...remote play works.
This is a stupid work-around and I have no idea why it works, but it does.
Here's to hoping that this might help others who are experiencing this issue.
