So my PS4 wouldn't stop ejecting a disk that was clearly not in the system.
I hard rebooted it a dozen times and nothing worked...
Until I found a site that suggested I remove the little rubber foot on the bottom of the PS4 below the eject button.
Apparently this was interfering with the eject sensor and telling the system to spit out a disk even if there wasn't one there.
The foot is easy to remove with a fingernail and it seems to have solved the issue.
If your console is doing this, try taking the foot off before shipping it back to Sony!!
