ps2 online help needed

i need help with my ps2 i have had it connected to the internet for a week now and its been doing perfect nothing wrong but now i can't get online anymore i have a cable modem with a tv cable connected and the ethernet cable connected to it and it is NOT!! connected to my computer at all but it worked perfectly before as you can see it has 7 lights the power light stays on the ethernet says on sync stays on but the word ready keeps flashing and the rest of the lights are off can someone help me?

Sometimes u have to call up your isp and tell them your mac adress of your ps2, i kno u said it was working fine before but try calling them they may have just realized it was accesing the net and blocked it
