When I try to perform the pilgrimage of the nine, instead of having a mara and talos shrine, i have two talos shrines, so i cant complete the pilgrimage....is this something i can fix myself, or am i royally screwed?

I think mara has several way shrines, try one of the other ones instead. Mara's shrines are half way down the list. I've heard this can be the solution and it's a known bug.
