I loved it. It's pretty traditional as far as JRPG's go. It is a long game though, and can wear on you in some spots. Everyone's cut-off for what they feel like they're too old for seems to be different. It looks like a Studio Ghibli movie (Howl's Moving Castle, Ponyo), but you should find the gameplay challenging enough.
