Modding PS2

Hey guys. My playstation 2 is really freaking loud. So loud it bothers. I was wondering if anyone knows any good sites that show how to mod the ps2's fans. Or if you guys have any ideas it would help. I just dont feel like cracking it open and trying to figure it out myself. Thanks.
