how do i burn a psx game from DLed...

i have made psx backup games before using cdrwin. but i recently DLed dexters lab psx game from a friend. I have no idea how to burn it without making a backuop copy and copying from a disk.
can anyone help?(the files that i have are an image file, a ccd file, and a sub file) i tried to just burn them all onto a disk with nero, but the game won't go past the black playstation screen.
i appreciate any help.
