Great PSP sites for NeWbS

Well, I must admit that I am a PSP newb (or n00b, or Noob, or whatever else you can think of). I have searched all over the web looking for good sites about the Playstation Portable but have completely failed in my attempts. Every site I have found wants to sell me a PSP rather than give me helpful info about it. Proposal: If anyone reading this knows of a good site that provides newbs like me with some actual helpful info let me know by posting them-

well depends on what you wanna do with the site, i really don't see how www.psproms.com works theres nothing there, theres a huge list of ROMS but its text. its like wtf? personally ur gonna have to use torrents and other P2P programs to download ROMs, Make sure u have the game first ofcourse. just as a backup right?
