Battery Powered Screw PSP?

Ok so I was attemting to get into my PSP and see in it (newb gadget kid here) It worked perfectly until I "Lost" two of my screws; the two screws above and just left of the battery pack. After about a month I found the two screws and I jumped up and down with udder glee and grabbed the the other screws (which were foolishly no already installed, but that is another story all together; the short version is the screw driver stripped to where I couldn't use it anymore) to put them all back in the PSP. I got all of them in except the small silver screw on the bottom of the PSP and now it wont turn on at all like the light doesn't even come on and it is (a) Fully charged battery, or (b) Plugged directly in. This is a bad thing for me so is there any help I can get *whimpers* pritty please with anything you want on top :S.

Have You messed around with any cables inside the psp it is very delicate if you touch anything maybe a wire has came out

I didn't see any wires that had poped out, but then again I might be full of it
