I searched around and was unable to do what the title said, can anyone help me with this?

I have a x1950 gt that comes with

DVI-I Output
TV-Out with S-Video connector
VIVO with S-Video connector
HDTV Display support

Is there anyway to connect my wii to my video card (or pc)

For a second there, I was like...Nevermind.

If you mean to capture video, you can get a video capture card (newegg it/tigerdirect it/google it) or just record to a DVD on a DVD recorder. Chances are you got a DVD burner/ripper in that PC of yours.

Its also possible to hook it up direct to your monitor, I believe, but that very much depends upon your monitor and connectors.

With a PC TV Card:
A TV card inserted into your PC may allow you to connect your system if the card has the proper connections (such as RF, A/V, S-Video, component, or Coaxial). However, we have found that the image quality is not as clear as it is on a TV, in most cases.

With a Direct Connection (RGB or DVI Cables):
Nintendo does not manufacture any cables to make an RGB or DVI connection. While other companies may manufacture wires that can make this possible, we are not able to recommend them, as they are not licensed by Nintendo.
