According to The Winnipeg Sun, that's the thinking of judge Marvin Garfinkle, who opted to grant a troublesome 12-year-old boy bail on condition that he surrenders his beloved Nintendo Wii to the court.

My goodness, i remember when i was bad i used to get smacked right on the...

Had my NES taken away for months at a time. Heck it wasnt until i started working and bought myself the SNES that they knew there was nothing they could do since i bought it with my own money....

This is just sad that good parenting has to be done by the courts.

Yeah. When if you misbehaved you were PUNISHED for it. What is a Time Out going to do?....Grrr...

sad times when parents have no rights compared to children and with it causing the children to be out of control. But as parents we cant do anything about it. Gotta love the endless circle...
