Chipping A Gamecube

I have heard about chipping a game cube and i wanna try it but I have no idea on how to do it? Where do you get the chips from? and how do i get around chipping it?

mod chip? you would have to open the case somehow (screws?) and insert a mod chip bought from the internet.

i hear the "qoob" chip is the best one. but u will either have to use the small disks or buy a case that lets it handle full size disks. It gets expensive to do and with the new consoles coming out soon is it really worth it?
